Dr Mishra completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney, graduating in 2000 with First Class Honours, reflecting outstanding academic achievement among his medical peers.
Before specialising in gastroenterology, he trained and practised as a General Practitioner. His work as a GP allowed him to develop a broad understanding of whole-person care and how gastrointestinal conditions affect overall health.
